AutoParts Distribution Ltd has officially acquired the licence and distribution rights for Europa Spares, effective 14 September 2026. Following a month of strategic negotiations with Brand Fulfilment Partners, the owners of Velocity Heritage Ltd, the transaction has now been finalised.
As part of our commitment to growth and operational excellence, we are implementing significant structural enhancements, including relocating our warehousing and logistics operations to Northamptonshire. Our online operations will continue to dispatch orders seamlessly during this period, and there will be no immediate changes to our staffing structure.
We would like to thank Brand Fulfilment Partners for facilitating a straightforward and collaborative transition process. We look forward to revitalising the Europa Spares brand and returning it to the industry arena where it has historically enjoyed substantial success.
